Family-owned in Keaau. Run by Rachel Barongan, the stand features a rotating selection of homemade cakes, pies, cookies, artisan breads, croissants, turnovers, brownies, and specialty treats like lilikoi cake, chocolate-chocolate lilikoi cake, lilikoi custard cake with fresh strawberry ganache, lychee cake with lilikoi, pumpkin crunch, lemon bundt cake, strawberry cheesecake, German chocolate cake, soursop cake, peach and custard tarts, pineapple upside-down cake, berry cloud cake, lilikoi-lychee cheesecake, calamansi cheesecake bars, key lime pie, and gluten-free bread (baked to order). Seasonal fresh fruit and plant starters available when in season, including fresh lychees, mountain apples, and cherries from the stand's own cherry tree. Coffee, Bengal spice tea, lemonade, and cold brew are available fresh and hot. A special order and suggestion book is available at the stand for custom requests. Payment by cash or Venmo.
